K2 Protein Pre-Workout is a food supplement powdered blend with artificial sweetener. 500g gives you a massive serving of Beta Alanine which give you the “tingle feeling”. You also get 2g of Citrulline Malate which helps with increased blood flow for the pump effect.

Recommended Use

Add 1 scoops (Approx 15g) to 300-350ml of cold water. Shake or stir until fully dissolved then consume. Best taken 20-30 minutes before workout/training.
